• Upload your article or conference item to the Research Repository within 3 months of the date of acceptance • Make sure you upload the author’s accepted manuscript (that’s the version after peer review and with any changes resulting from peer review, but before any publisher formatting is added) • Forward the acceptance email to the Research Repository team at [email protected]

•Acknowledge the funding council in your article •Include a statement on how underlying data can be accessed (if funded by EPSRC) •Publish GOLD - the article should be licensed under a creative commons attribution (CC-BY) license. Contact the library for information on article processing charges ([email protected]) •If you can't publish GOLD you can publish GREEN - choose a journal with an embargo length of maximum 6 months (STEM) or 12 months (Arts & Humanities) and upload the author's accepted manuscript to the Research Repository.
