It took 5,122 taxpayers to pay for the "security upgrades" to President Jacob Zuma's private home in Nkandla.

The amount of taxpayers it took to support President Jacob Zuma's salary which jumped from 42.4 in 2009 to 56.8 in 2012.

Since 2009, the private sector has created 1.5 million taxpaying jobs, while the state has created 450,000. That means there is a net total of 400,000 taxpaying jobs added annually.
